There’s more to than just the TREADMILL!

Working out has to be one of the best medicines out there. Who said working out had to only be running in the treadmill for two hours to see results? Whenever it’s your exercise time, change-up your workout routines. Don’t stick to the same basics of running on the treadmill, getting on the bike or elliptical. There are so many more things you can do so that you’re workout aren’t boring. Plus, if you workout with a friend, it’s double the fun.  Here are some great ideas for you to change it up!

  • Take a salsa or Zumba class
  • Take a boxing class
  • Run the beach boardwalk
  • Do a Yoga class
  • Go on a hike
  • Jump rope
  • Go for a swim
  • Ride bike in a forest
  • Take a Pilates class
  • Take a Spinning class
  • Ballet class and other dance classes
  • Kayaking

The point is to not only believe that the gym is the only place there is to workout, you can always change it up. Turn in the treadmill for a beautiful outdoor swim in the pool.
