Everyone loves their burger and fries but chicken breast and veggies will have a better effect on you and your body. Eating healthy has many benefits. Eating a diet that’s rich in fruits and vegetables may reduce the cause of heart attack, heart disease, and a stroke. It can protect you against cancers, may reduce obesity and type 2 diabetes. It lowers high blood pressure, risk of getting kidney stones and helps decrease bone loss.  Yes, you’ve probably read statistics like this before but it’s because it actually works. Have you ever heard of you are what you eat? If you eat healthy you will not only have a better life and feel great, but you’ll look amazing too!
