After a long day of work a cup of tea is always a good idea. But if you can drink it at any time, do it. Tea is very beneficial. These teas will help you boost your immunity against illnesses, it hydrates  you better than water, helps prevent your liver from alcohol, protects yours lungs and lowers stress brain power are just a fewer of the benefits tea has. Next time you want to drink some soda, drink some tea instead. You can make your tea hot or cold, and there are many flavors you can choose from. Tea will always make you feel better; it’s just so soothing and relaxing.
