Green Smoothies for Breakfast!

There are many different options when it comes to eating breakfast. But one of the quickest and healthiest is making a green smoothie. There are different ingredients you can add to them but there’s one specific that’s great overall. It contains many fibers, it keeps you full till mid day, and it makes your skin glow, literally. The amount of vitamins you get come from the vegetables and fruit you use, depending on each. Most fruits and vegetables are high in Vitamin A and C. Another reason why they’re great is because it allows you to eat your veggies that you may not like by blending them into a delicious drink. Instead of wasting every day on a $5 coffee, you can make a simply green smoothie at home; they’re cheap because vegetables aren’t expensive. Tomorrow begin your day with a nutritional and sweet green smoothie. If you are interested in the recipe watch the video and check out

Beautiful young lady sleeping with husband on bed

Getting your good night’s rest is important. Sleeping helps your brain function better and prepares you for the next day. You should try and get between 7-9 hours of sleep every night. Although many college students and adults loose sleep because they somehow think they’re young and they’ll be able to sleep once there are in their elderly year, they are only harming themselves. Every morning is going to be a challenge, you don’t function properly throughout your daily duties, and you become more of a sloth. For instance, falling asleep in a classroom or an office meeting is pretty embarrassing and you don’t want to be that person. You definitely don’t want to be that person. So get your sleep on! Oh and remember, the time just changed an hour backwards.

“Studies also show that sleep deficiency alters activity in some parts of the brain. If you’re sleep deficient, you may have trouble making decisions, solving problems, controlling your emotions and behavior, and coping with change. Sleep deficiency also has been linked to depression, suicide, and risk-taking behavior.” – National Institutes of Health
